KSAR OULED SOULTANE
It is the most famous of the ksour of the region which appears even on the bills of 20 dinars. Its 400 vaulted ghorfas are spread over three or four floors. The ksar has undergone several rehabilitation works and is in a very good state of conservation. It is also one of the few ksour of the region to be still used, either for cultural events or as a market place. It probably dates from the 15th century and was extended in the 19th century. We highly recommend this visit and a small Moorish café is even waiting for you!
