An excellent address to taste the inventive Cretan cuisine from the beginning of May to the end of October. Ideal for a romantic dinner on the roof terrace overlooking the old port and the Venetian ramparts. The chef, a native of Crete, uses only fresh produce from the island and herbs that grow on the hotel roof (hence the name of the restaurant). The panoramic view and the professional service of the staff are appreciated. The menu changes regularly. Remember to make reservations, especially for dinner in season.

Nous avons dîner dans le restaurant de l’hôtel hier soir. Le service était au top. D’une grande gentillesse et de très bon conseil. La cuisine était un vrai régale. On a partagé plusieurs plats afin de découvrir la cuisine crétoise. On sent le talent du chef au fourneau dans l’assiette. Je ne peux que le recommander.

Vam anar al restaurant amb la meva parella per les bones crítiques i no estem entenent res… El menjar que tothom diu que tan bo, no estava ni a l'alçada de la mitjana que hem tastat a Creta. El “seafood linguine” la pasta estava massa cuita, i el marisc no era gaire bo; l’amanida que vam demanar era la “cretan salad” i el seu ingredient principal era el pa més que res més… els postres tampoc ens van agradar, semblava que fossin pre-cuinats… el que sí ens va agradar molt era l’oli i la olivada que ens venia amb el pa i l’entrant de gambes a la brasa… I el servei va ser molt amable i atent, un 10.
