The hotel's facilities were fairly standard, with a decent breakfast buffet and a small fitness center. The staff was friendly but not overly attentive, which was fine for us since we preferred to be left alone. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with a short walk to the nearest bus stop and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.
Overall, it was a solid stay, but nothing exceptional. If you're looking for a comfortable base with a nice pool and spacious rooms, Galaxy Hotel Iraklio is a good option. However, if you're looking for a more luxurious or exceptional experience, you might want to consider other options.
