Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο περίπου 20 λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Όμορφο δωμάτιο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και αρκετά καθαρό. Απογοητευμενη μόνο από τις καθαρίστριες διότι μιλάνε πολύ δυνατά και έτυχε να ακούσω από το δωμάτιο μου όλη την ιστορία της ζωής τους. Αρκετά ενοχλητικό θα έλεγα ειδικά όταν προσπαθείς να κοιμηθείς. Τον πρωινο μπουφέ θα τον ήθελα λίγο με μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.

the service was amazing. the staff was always at our disposal ready to assist us whenever we needed help with anything. they were very kind and professional. the rooms were nice and clean, the location was great and overall i would definetly recommend this hotel

Καλημέρα και καλή χρονιά! Μόλις επιστρέψαμε από το Ηράκλειο και απολαύσαμε στο έπακρο την διαμονή μας στο υπέροχο αυτό ξενοδοχείο. Ο χριστουγεννιατικος στολισμός ήταν πολύ καλόγουστος,τα δωμάτια καθαρά,άνετα και καλαίσθητα! Το πιο ξεχωριστό όμως κομμάτι είναι το προσωπικό του Galaxy που μας καλωσόρισε με τον καλύτερο και πιο φιλόξενο τρόπο και μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!
