Quiet and uncrowded beach near the center of Agios Nikolaos.
The beach is quite quiet and not very crowded, except for the residents of the nearby hotels. The town hall of Agios Nikolaos has recently cleaned up this beach and planted tamarisk trees to make it more pleasant. The local residents have taken over and added a few more tamarisk trees. Everything is being done by the residents to make sure that this beach regains its former charm and does not become private. In the meantime, it is a beach where one can spend peaceful moments and enjoy the sea while being close to downtown.
