We just loved our week here! The service was excellent from all the staff. The rooms were beautiful and we loved our private pool. Additionally, the village of Placa is a great quite town. An all round excellent experience.

Great resort with good facilities. We especially enjoyed our duplex room with the swimming pool, and window to one of the rooms. Good service, food and memorable evening performances.

Absolument inoubliable.
Nous y avons passé 2 jours suspendu du temps.
Hôtel dans le bon ton, beau, bien intégré dans le site, calme, reposant, grand raffinement sans un luxe ostentatoire.
Après, 6 jours de visite de la Crète et pas mal de route, nous n’avons pas réussi à en décoller. D’autant plus que nous avons eu le droit à free upgrade, chambre avec piscine avec un magnifique levée de soleil.
Un petit déjeuner à tomber !
Personnel agréable et très discret.

En revanche, nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant, ni la formule buffet du soir sans doute en raison des prix .

S’il y avait une seule chose à redire, les chips un cheap servi avec le cocktail que nous avons pris le soir.

Une suggestion pour les personnes arrivant en voiture depuis Héraklion, prenez directement Agios Nikolaos et éviter la route de montage. La route côtière est très jolie !

We have just returned from a fabulous time in Cayo resort.

Excellent service and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Spa was very relaxing and the masseuses for my wife and I were really good.

There are some really good restaurants in Plakka with a variety of different menus. The shuttle car from the reception takes a couple of minutes, or it's a 10 minute walk if you want to work up an appetite.

We will be returning.
