Il porto e’ molto carino, bel illuminato, una passeggiata gradevole che merita una cena in loco. Ero in viaggio con due amiche e abbiamo scelto questo locale ..a istinto..colpite dall arredamento ben curato e dal menù interessante.
Ci ha accolto un cameriere , gentile e ospitale. Sono celiaca, e per la prima volta a Creta, ho incontrato un ragazzo davvero preparato che mi ha portato un menu con i piatti sicuri per me evidenziati.
Il cibo era molto buono e il vino pure.
A fine pasto il cameriere si è seduto a fare due chiacchiere e a raccontarci le meraviglie della sua isola.
Prezzo nella media per location e trattamento.
Consigliatissimo.

Tout était délicieux, un sans faute.
De très bons moments passés dans cette taverne où le plaisir du client est la priorité, mise en bouche dessert et liqueur offert par la maison....

Cuisine raffinée
Nous avons profité d'un plat qu'ils venaient de concevoir et c'était merveilleux????
Merci aussi pour les petites attentions de fin de repas, notannement la liqueur de café maison et son zeste d'orange !

After eating at Inodion the other restaurants felt like cafeteria food in comparison.
We ate there our two last nights and it was great, my sister who is vegan got some of the greatest vegan spaghetti she has ever had, and it was not even on the menu, they made it specificly for her after she asked the waiter if it Would be possible. Needless to say she wasn’t disappointed, in fact I think it was one of the best dishes we had on the trip. The first night I asked the owner if it was possible to make an appetizer into a main dish by adding some extra on the side and made it exactly as I had envisioned it was the “Apaki”, but If you want the same taste of the traditional apaki with staka sauce, but with more meat then take the “pork tenderloin in staka sauce”. The second night I tried the veal stew with chestnuts and I would definitely say I have never ever tasted anything as delicious, it was a whole new flavor combination I had never encountered, while it had some spiced flavor it was still very rich and the meat was so tender. The owner also brought us a little sampling of their appetizers while we were waiting because he knew we would wait quite for our food, because it was busy that night. We ordered the stuffed wine leaves, fried zucchini and vegetable pies which all were great but I think the grilled vegetables we sampled were the best! I cannot recommend this place enough not only is the food the best in Sitia no question about it, but all of the staff is super friendly and really wants you to have a great night with the best food possible. Don’t wait take Inodion you won’t regret it.
TLDR; best food in sitia hands down. The staff can adjust the food to your liking and their are just super friendly in general.
