An address offering charming apartments, equipped and with sea view, in Sitia.

Clinging to the hill of Roussa Ekklissia, this stone building looks like a small oriental fortress. It consists of 4 charming apartments including 2 maisonettes. The apartments are fully equipped and all have terraces. The maisonnettes are more spacious and have whirlpools instead of bathtubs. Two swimming pools, one on each side of the house. The splendid view overlooks the sea in the distance and the city even further away. To stay here you are obliged to rent a car or motorbike.

Οι βίλες είναι χτισμένες σε πολύ όμορφο μέρος που έχεις "πιάτο" όλη την Σητεία,5- 10 λεπτά από τη Σητεία με το αμαξι. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ότι καλύτερο και πολύ πρόσχαροι και φιλόξενοι, έτοιμοι να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε. Τα δωμάτια μέσα πολύ όμορφα , ευρύχωρα κ καθαρά , και με πολλά κεράσματα μέσα από τους ιδιοκτήτες (ψωμί με φέτες του τοστ, κρουασάν , σοκολατάκια, μερεντες κτλ) . Η πισινα πεντακάθαρη διότι κάθε μέρα ο κ.Γιωργος την καθαρίζει πολύ καλά. Αξίζει και με το παραπάνω!!!

Los dueños son muy amables. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de las playas, supermercados, del pueblo de Sitia, de Toplou, etc. La piscina estaba impecable, el lugar en general muy limpio. Tenían de todo para tomar desayuno y fue lo máximo porque llegamos muy tarde y con niños. Lo único que podría decir pero a modo de sugerencia, es que es necesario una pequeña mantención de los lavamanos porque se tapan con facilidad. Otra cosa que es importante y no sé cómo se podría solucionar, es que el suelo, tanto de la casa como de la terraza, es muy pero muy resbalozo si está mojado. No sé si conviene poner avisos o mejor aún poner cintas antideslizantes en las zonas donde es más peligroso. El resto es todo perfecto.
