Chef Jonathan Bouttefeux has set down his knives in Sayat, between Volvic and Clermont-Ferrand, where he has opened a restaurant with a welcoming decor. To guarantee efficient service, he asked Mathieu, with whom he had already worked in other restaurants, to lend a hand. Dimitri Pelletier, a young sommelier, has joined the team. Here, the cuisine sets the place apart: dishes are tasty and concocted from refined products. From starters to desserts, flavour combinations are carefully thought out. In summer, take advantage of the lovely terrace.
