The chef Jonathan Bouttefeux has put down his knives in Sayat, between Volvic and Clermont-Ferrand. The decoration of his restaurant is very welcoming. For an efficient service, he asked Mathieu, with whom he had already worked in other restaurants, to lend him a hand. Dimitri Pelletier, a young sommelier, came to reinforce the team. What makes the difference is the cuisine: the dishes are tasty and concocted with refined products. From the starter to the dessert, the associations of flavors are well thought out.
