The chef Jonathan Bouttefeux has put down his knives in Sayat, between Volvic and Clermont-Ferrand. The decoration of his restaurant is very welcoming. For an efficient service, he asked Mathieu, with whom he had already worked in other restaurants, to lend him a hand. Dimitri Pelletier, a young sommelier, came to reinforce the team. What makes the difference is the cuisine: the dishes are tasty and concocted with refined products. From the starter to the dessert, the associations of flavors are well thought out. In summer, enjoy a beautiful terrace.

plat principal de ris de veau panés pour moi et une roulade de filet de sole pour mon épouse
roulade de sole froide à coeur
morceaux de ris de veau très petits, du coup trop de panure, qui ressemblait d'ailleurs plus a une pâte qu'à une fine panure et donc aucun goût de ris de veau
Heureusement le restaurant à fait un geste commercial à la hauteur de sa générosité, nous n'avons pas eu a payer les 3 euros de supplément
Il est fort probable que nous ne retournerons pas dans ce restaurant
