Είχαμε έρθει προχθες να φάμε acai bowl και ήταν φοβερό μεγάλη μερίδα πολύ περιποιημένο παγωμένο γενικότερα εξαιρετικό και ξανά ήρθαμε σήμερα και ήταν απογοητευτικό. Η μερίδα ήταν απιστευτα μικρή είχε τα μισά τοπινγκς ήταν ζεστό σαν απλά να το πέταξαν στο πιάτο . Κρίμα διότι είναι πολυ ωραίο μαγαζί αλλά δεν τηρείται μια σταθερή γραμμή σε αυτά που σερβίρονται , Δεν ξανά έρχομαι σίγουρα μετά από αυτό.

Been there the first open day in march with a group of 4. Sadly everybody was disappointed with the food. It all looked very good, but the taste was really flavorless. The drinks were really good, service as well.

Update: been there again for brunch and was very satisfied (not taking prices into account)! So I changed the review to 4 stars

Quick service! Helpful! Not too many options so it’s not overwhelming at all but caters to all diets!! And the food was amazing ! Definitely recommend very affordable

Great food. Poor service. I'm sorry for these words but the waiters were super unfriendly. No smile, no nice words - nearly as good as a delivery service. Despite the service, the food was delicious. Maybe we were the problem and they didn't like us. But then there is a saying - Killing with kindness ;)

120 ευρώ 4 άτομα για σαλάτες και πίτσα... Αρρωστημένα ακριβό για το μέγεθος του τραπεζιού και των πιάτων.. Η εξυπηρέτηση ξινή. Γευστικά ήταν καλό αλλά ήταν τόσο παράλογη η εμπειρία που θα δώσω ένα αστέρι για την καλή γεύση αφου δεν υπάρχει 0

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but Ginger Concept is 100% deserving of one. Tucked away from the main strip, this restaurant is on a quiet corner with the most picturesque street view. No matter what time of year you’re in Chania, this place is worth it. They have heaters for when it’s cold, adjustable patio covers for when it’s raining, and is always open - even on a national holiday. In every way, they’ve catered to diners - local Greeks and tourist alike. The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious as well!

And this one is for my fellow lactose intolerant travelers: I really hate being the obnoxious “American tourist” and will adjust wherever I go, but I was pleasantly surprised when Ginger Concept had almond milk. When I first ordered a vanilla latte w/ almond milk, it’s possible the barista had never made one before. However, this might have been the best vanilla latte I’ve ever had, and John (staff) made sure it was made exactly to my specific liking. I came here every morning while in Chania to get one.

I could not recommend this place enough. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Wij hebben hier heerlijk gegeten. We waren erg onder de indruk van de gerechten. Wel hebben we een tip aan het personeel: we twijfelden of jullie het leuk hadden ja/nee, daarnaast zagen we jullie regelmatig ruzie met elkaar maken. Dit was niet zo netjes naar de gasten, want ondanks dat jullie dit rustig deden hadden de gasten dit ook door. Relax and enjoy the people!

Ein nettes Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht in niedliche Straßen der Altstadt und freundlichem Personal. Die Sandwiches sind lecker und kosten nicht allzu viel und der Kakao und Kaffee sind auch zu empfehlen. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Het restaurant bezocht in Oktober, het eten was goed, het personeel had er duidelijk geen zin meer in, we vinden dit erg jammer. Groot verschil tegen 2022 toen we de zaak meerdere malen hebben bezocht.

One of the hidden gems in Chania! The food is excellent, service is good and prices are reasonable. It's a bit hidden in a side street away from all the other restaurants but it's worth finding it!

Located in the center of the old town of Chania this is a true gem. Hidden away in one of the small alleys you can experience very fine dining in an amazing atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and the food is superb! Breakfast is very Western with options such as eggs benedict and omelette. But everything has a greel spin on it! Definitively try the pancakes!!

Nice restaurant, they were extremely serviceminded, and everything we asked for was possible. There was a nice buzz, and it seemed like all the people working there were good friends, and really did their best for the restaurant.

Δεν συνηθίζω να γράφω αξιολογήσεις στο google, όμως στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί περα από το ότι κάθε πιάτο που έχω δοκιμάσει είναι όνειρο γευστικά, εντυπωσιάζομαι με το ποσό ζέστη είναι η ατμόσφαιρα. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στη Μαριέττα η οποία με την ευγένεια της και τη δίκη της ενέργεια συνέβαλε σε αυτό το υπεροχο γεύμα!????????

The menu was poor, the rigatoni was delicious, but an angry waitress (the blonde one) who made a fuss at the bar with whatever she made and a tired waiter didn't let you enjoy anything.
