Best full English breakfast in the area. Even has brown HP sauce. Would certainly recommend.

Cuisine typique crétoise, The Water's Edge Cafe est un agréable café/restaurant face à la mer qui prépare des plats du pays. La très bonne musique des années 60/70 & 80 et les cocktails agrémentent ce joli cadre. Les plats sont délicieux et servis par une serveuse super sympa. Y aller les yeux fermés

Kleines süßes Café, sehr guter Cafe und Omelett zu günstigen Preisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns die Adresse vom letzten Urlaub gemerkt und sind wieder sehr freundlich bedient worden. Große Salatportionen sehr zu empfehlen

Certainement l’un des meilleurs à Paleochora avec une vue splendide sur la mer, nous y étions au mois de mai et la serveuse Maia était exceptionnelle. Lieu agréable et tranquille je recommande pour passer un bon moment à la grecque !

Best cafe on Creete,
Has breakfast served all day,fresh fishes,snacks,daily specials,sweets ,alcohol,fresh fruit juices,salads, kids menu,happy hour cocktails ,mezes.
And not at last ,beautiful sea view.
It is a very relaxing,heart opening place.

A dtraum ???? (Bavarian) ???? just the ultimate place to enjoy breakfast from dusk till afternoon. Great food, fair prices and super friendly service. This time of the year it is very relaxed, not too many people. One of our favourite spots.

Una maravilla de sitio para desayunar. Nos pedimos unas tortitas rellenas de yogur griego, plátano y miel que estaban increíbles. El zumo de naranja es natural y lo exprimen allí mismo. El chico que nos atendió fue muy amable. Encontramos el sitio de casualidad y nos encantó.¡Súper recomendable!

Nach ein paar Tagen in Paleochora hatten wir nun auch Frühstück im Water‘s Edge. Wir sind den Empfehlungen hier auf google gefolgt und leider ein wenig im die Irre geführt worden. Zuerst das Positive: das Cafe ist klein und süß und mit einem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Essen ist leider weit unter Durchschnitt im Ort. Wo andere mit liebevoll gemachtem, geschmackvoll zubereitetem Essen aufwarten, bekamen wir hier lieblos auf den Teller geklatschte Eier und gebratenen Schinken. Die Qualität des Essens war weniger als befriedigend, billige Zuckermarmelade und Kuchen der nach billigem abgepacktem Kuchen schmeckte. Ich denke, für jemand der britisches basic Frühstück mag, ein guter Ort, für alle anderen gibts wahrscheinlich viel bessere Frühstücks Restaurants im Ort
