We are delighted to support this unique initiative in the Dodecanese: a local cooperative for the rehabilitation of psycho-social patients has restored an old barrack from the time of the Fascist occupation and is organizing sensory trails to discover the medicinal and aromatic plants planted in the surrounding area - or in the wild. It's a fun and relevant way to discover local flora and its benefits, as well as Leros' traditional beekeeping and psychiatric past. Alternative tourism in the right direction.
