All the traditional Hungarian repertoire and some Asian incursions in a vegan version. Also made into pastry.
If you want to taste the 100% vegan version of goulash, this is the place to go, in this elegant restaurant and on its terrace in the summer. On the menu, there is only vegan food and we draw from the recipes of Hungarian grandmothers (grilled seitan à la brassov; goulash with white beans...) as well as from the repertoire of the whole world (pasta, salads, pizzas, falafels...). The pastries, also vegan, and often raw, are a treat!
