MACESZ BISTRO
Delicious Hungarian Jewish Ashkenazi cuisine, tasty Middle Eastern dishes and white tablecloths for this elegant establishment.
A resounding success for this refined restaurant, which gives pride of place to Hungarian Jewish cuisine, in addition to traditional Hungarian specialities and some Middle Eastern incartagues (tabbouleh, hummus...). It all starts with these hard-boiled eggs, filled with goose terrine, or a matzo broth, and continues with a good sólent (a kind of goose cassoulet), ludaska (goose leg, vegetable risotto and goose liver) or lamb goulash (original!) unless you opt for vegetarian lasagne. For dessert, flódni is a must. Good wine list, French menu.
