The delicious recipe is simple: freshly cooked falafels, homemade hummus, pita bread - just out of the oven, salads, chachukha (a kind of ratatouille with egg), shawarma (grilled meat like a kebab, in most of the restaurants), labane (zaatar condiment with yoghurt), etc., all at very reasonable prices.
