The kürtőskalács have so far been the best kept secret in Central Europe. These sweets that are being refined in Hungary and coming from Transylvania (Romania) finally made the way to Paris thanks to Norma and Alexander. This brother and his sister have opened a café dedicated to the cake cake, a cone of dough that is garnished and covers cinnamon, sugar, pastrami or mozzarella! There is therefore a salty or sweet version.
