PHILIPPE A BELGA (PHILIPPE LE BELGE)
Excellent restaurant of French and Belgian cuisine in Budapest.
It is not by chance that you are on steaming sidewalks in the heart of the philosophers in the heart of the summer, or in the Siberian cold that sweeps the Balzac Street in the winter - nothing stops the one who tasted the infinite talent of Philippe. The establishment is small, the kitchen offers itself to the room, the perfumes will treat all appetites while being offered to take place for the fourth dimension. The fish are worked in Ostendaise mode, certainly from exotic to Exotisme, especially a pleasure never assouvi for connoisseurs. Finally, dare a moment of distraction with dessert, they are always renewed, often with a malice point, as with the "jumping sugar that plays the innocent" while being used a "banal" floating island. The smile is displayed and you are now among the addicts of Philippe's kitchen. If it is difficult to book a table in the evening, the menu version of the day at noon is cheap and prepared by a great chef.
