BÖRZE
In a Parisian brasserie setting, some fifteen fresh, inventive and seasonal Hungarian-inspired proposals.
Halfway between a large Central European café and a chic Parisian brasserie, Börze is one of our great favorites. And for good reason: the ever-changing menu gives pride of place to modernized Magyar culinary specialties (duck pâté, hortobágy pancakes, suckling pig with cabbage...) and sophisticated vegetarian dishes, without forgetting to dip into other areas (teriyaki salad, couscous...), for prices well below those of the genre. Solid wine list. At lunchtime, you can enjoy an excellent menu at a ridiculously low price. Reservations are recommended.
