Founded in 1887, this café is one of the oldest in Budapest. The editorial office of Nyugat, a very influential literary newspaper of the time, was home to its headquarters, which was frequented by Hungarian intellectuals at the beginning of the 19th century. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner are served without interruption. A quality restaurant, we also come to enjoy the musicians who perform live in the evening, in a hushed atmosphere. A historic café with a sumptuous setting that has been carefully renovated, a real must.
