Nobu settled in the fabulous Kempinski Hotel (the favorite of Madonna). Among the owners, nothing better than Mr Robert De Niro himself, who presided over the opening ceremony! Nobu Matsuhisa started in the country of the Rising Sun in his older brother's restaurant. His Japanese cuisine was influenced during his numerous travels, notably in Alaska and Peru, and it was only once in Beverly Hill in 1987 that he met Robert De Niro. In 1994 he joined Nobu with the opening of the first Nobu Restaurant in New York. Nobu is now an empire of 25 institutions spread around the world. The rewards no longer count, but Précisons was the Michelin star in 1997-2005-2007. Who knows, the next appointment may be Budapest!
