The address not to be missed in Újlipotváros. It's quite simple: most of the people in this restaurant-café are locals, tucked away in a cosy mezzanine with Do It Yourself furnishings (jumbled drawers, antique furniture...). For big and small appetites, a vast choice of mezze that oscillate between Israel and the Middle East (hummus, tabbouleh, various chakchoukas...), and further down the menu, chicken with harissa goes hand in hand with a fish tagine. Convivial, well-balanced and with helpful staff. Small terrace.

Ausgezeichneter Service, angemessene Preise (bei allerdings kleineren Portionen als bei ungarischen Restaurants) und die Erlaubnis, einen Hund mitbringen, runden das positive Bild ab.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: das WC ist nur über eine extrem schmale und steile Treppe zu erreichen, das ist für ältere oder mobilitätsbeschränkte Personen ein Problem.
