Bar-restaurant to enjoy Magyar cuisine in Budapest.
When the butcher is closed, it is in Spájz kocsma, that you have to refugier! In this little corner of the countryside in the grand boulevard, what you are being served is quite basic and resolutely magyar, of the zsíros kenyér type: or a slice of bread covered with fermier lard. There are also more prepared dishes, such as a plate of Hungarian sausage (1 000 Ft). The pálinka is 100% artisanale.
