Tisztelt Uram, a negatív véleményemet azzal kezdtem, hogy általában elégedett vagyok.
Valóban nagyon dühös lettem, egy vasárnapi családi ebédet rendeltünk Önöktől és én köret nélkül kaptam meg a lazacot, így a családi ebéd elmaradt, őszintén szólva a lazactól is elment a kedvem. Kijavítani ugye ezt elég nehéz utólag, természetesen mindenki hibázhat én megértem, de ön is értse meg a csalódottságunkat és fogadja el a negatív véleményt.
