This festival is not to be missed! Two large open-air halls host dozens of concerts, ballets and operas all summer long.

All Budapestois who are keen on culture will tell you, this festival is a must! As most of the major venues in the city close in the summer, shows and concerts take place on open-air stages, two of which are very prestigious: the Margarita Island stage (Margitszigeti Szabadtéri Színpad) and the Városmajor Park stage (Városmajori Szabadtéri Színpad) in Buda. Ballet, opera, classical concerts, jazz... dense programming every day.
