What will we see?
On this bike tour of Budapest, we'll show you all the important sights of Pest on an easy ride. From the riverbank, we'll make sure you also get a glimpse of beautiful Buda. Rather than clobber you with dates, we'd rather share basic information, fun facts and insider anecdotes. We'll pass two UNESCO World Heritage Sites and see much more along the way. At Budabike, safety comes first, which is why we ride as much as possible on cycle paths and avoid roads with heavy traffic. Discover Budapest up close and personal - by bike! Tour highlights
Szabadsag Tér (Freedom Square): Revolutions, riots, a Soviet memorial, Ronald Reagan's statue and the irony of fate.
The Hungarian Parliament and Buda: We'll find out why the world's third-largest parliament is in Hungary, discover Kossuth Square and get closer to the Danube. Enjoy a breathtaking view of Buda.
Nagymezö Utca (Budapest's Broadway): We'll take a look at the operetta theater, the Laptop statue, the Walk of Fame and the House of Photography, and talk about culture (clubs).
