Ethnographic museum tracing the history and evolution of Hungarian crafts, customs and trades in Budapest.
The Ethnographic Museum has recently moved to the new Museum Quarter in the Bois-de-la-Ville. This modern building houses a permanent collection of almost 200,000 objects, tracing the history and evolution of Hungarian crafts, customs and trades. Several temporary exhibitions are also on offer (see the website for more information). The museum has undergone a new scenography, to be discovered from autumn 2024.
