A museum housed in a former Baroque palace that traces the life of Budapest and Óbuda over the centuries.
Part of the History Museum (BHM). The collection of this former Baroque palace, perched high above Óbuda, traces the life of Budapest and Óbuda over the centuries. There are some very old printing machines, mosaics and Art Nouveau stained-glass windows... Also included in the museum is the Trinitarians' religious enclosure, which houses an interesting collection of 20th-century paintings. Information in English is a little sparse, which is a pity, as the place is absolutely charming.
