SZENT ISTVÁN PARK (SZENT ISTVÁN PARK)
A pleasant park surrounded by Bauhaus-style residential buildings facing the Danube, a great place for a stroll.
The Bauhaus-style residential buildings (1930s), which surround this park with its gravel paths and face the Danube and Margaret Island, contribute to making the Újlipótváros district (13th arrondissement) a very popular place. Although their appearance appears homogeneous, the buildings have been designed by various architects, including Hofstaller and Domány. You can take a sweet break at the Dunapark café (Bauhaus building), which is pleasant with its large bay windows.
