If the Castle Hill houses an institution, it is that of the Hungarian wine house, which has constantly changed its names over the last three years. In a pretty cellar we are guided by explanatory panels (in French!) by a team of young professionals. The visit ends with a commented tasting, that it is possible to accommodate a tray of charcuterie or homemade cheese. There is no better way to immerse yourself in the rich universe of Hungarian wines, the 22 wine regions of the country are duly represented until 22 p. m. every day!
