Since its creation in 1967, it has been promoting the best traditional manchega cuisine by offering, among other things, partridge and pheasant and, for dessert, fried leche with its turrón ice cream. Very often rewarded for the quality of his products, he received the gold medal in 2011 for his gazpacho manchegos. You can also enjoy another of the local specialities, Atascaburras, a kind of cod brandade, accompanied by nuts and hard-boiled eggs. All served on tables decorated with posters of the different ferias of Albacete.
