New construction in Albacete with a restaurant and cafeteria with terrace
It is a recent construction that takes up the architecture and style of the traditional houses of La Mancha it has a charming corridor, beautiful woodwork and large windows. Divided between the ground and second floors, the rooms overlook the golf course that surrounds the parador. The "superior" rooms have a terrace on thefirst floor. The restaurant offers typical dishes of La Mancha, pisto manchego (a kind of ratatouille) or marinated partridge, to be enjoyed from the terrace of the cafeteria, with a distant view of Chinchilla de Monte-Aragón.
