In their microbrewery, Nicolas Winter and Kévin Béraud imagine recipes. Arvern'ale, Galium, Delta, Arvern'darkness: these are beers that have become an essential part of the Auvergne landscape. The 6 permanent beers are brewed with French malts. Committed to a local approach, they use hops grown by Ferme Cours Cocotte, in Arlanc. To enjoy these beers, there's nothing better than settling into one of the brew pub's canapés. On sunny days, we like to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the panorama. Bottles are on sale on site.
