MUSÉE DE LA SEMANA SANTA
Museum in an avant-garde building that houses dance halls, archaeological and ethnographic collections
Inaugurated in March 2021, this museum of the Holy Week and the Tamboradas is installed in an avant-garde building recreating part of the façade of the former mansion of the Count of Lumiares. Several rooms are dedicated to the drum dances and processions: sculptures, video documentaries, interactive resources. The MUSS also houses archaeological and ethnographic collections from the former municipal museum (300 pieces). The first floor also houses the city's tourist office and temporary exhibitions.
