We go there first of all for its strategic location, on the Plaza Mayor and next to the Corral de Comedias, which allows us to fully enjoy the animation and spectacle of this essential square in the life of Almagro. You can enjoy a beer (caña) or a glass of manchego wine, accompanied by queso manchego or a small grill of vegetables, peppers and tomatoes served with tuna. Or one of the must-try dishes of the place, eggplant Almagro style, homemade chorizo or pisto manchego, a kind of local ratatouille.
