This newcomer set up in 2015 on the Plaza Mayor, opposite the Corral de Comedias. You can appreciate it first as a restaurant, because whether inside or on its beautiful terrace, it offers a menu of manchego dishes, judiciously treated. In season, you can try a revuelto with asparagus and mushrooms, which is particularly pleasant, or a timbale of rabo de toro, accompanied by a chocolate sauce, to end with a Pan de Calatrava, a sweet ending note, which can be eaten without hunger. Later, we will go there for its black beer.
