Tarte flambée (evenings only), and Alsatian dishes, including kaesknepfles (a kind of dumpling) in different variations, which are the house specialty! Grilled waedele with a munster sauce, shallot mitre - you'll be spoilt for choice... The dishes are hearty, the service friendly and you'll feel right at home. And last but not least, let yourself be tempted by the gingerbread-glazed mini kougelopf!
