This restaurant has the peculiarity of being located in a 16th century cave, all the rooms of which have been furnished and decorated with the different utensils that, for centuries, have been used in the work of the fields and the houses. From here you can see the mills. The food is very good, in a welcoming atmosphere, with a special attention to the basics of the traditional Manchega cuisine , such as the duelos y quebrantos (local stew), the traditional pisto (ratatouille), the bean stew with partridge, or the cod confit with garlic.
