Housed in a typical perched house, this contemporary and elegant restaurant offers a splendid view of the Hoz del Huécar, both from its lounges with large windows and from its terrace. And if the setting is really superb, you can also enjoy excellent cuisine, which has won numerous gastronomic awards, and which gives pride of place to the specialities of the region. Roast suckling pig, shoulder of lamb, fried eggs with truffles or cod brandade with mango are all on the menu. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the city.

Cadre cosy, cuisine exquise, service impeccable… Excellent resto à Cuenca.
Seul bémol, un service beaucoup trop rapide pour un soir, une des serveuses limite aimable qui ne répond même pas quand on lui dit que c'était très bon...(les 2 autres serveuses rien à dire). Dommage...
