In this former 17th century college, which also houses a charming hotel, people eat very well and at very affordable prices. The menu includes all the regional specialities such as Morteruelo Conquense (a typical Cuenca dish made from game) or the different variants for tasting cod (including an excellent garlic cod). The restaurant is pleasant, but if there is still room, you should prefer the small terrace which offers superb views of the cliffs (it is reserved primarily for hotel guests).
