Plaza Mayor of Cuenca with the city hall, the cathedral of Gothic-Norman style and the arcades of baroque style
If almost all Spanish cities have a Plaza Mayor, the one in Cuenca is a very good example. Located in the heart of the city, the Plaza Mayor where the Town Hall is located is characterized by 18th century Baroque arcades and the Gothic-Norman cathedral is unique in Spain. The terraces of cafés and restaurants invade the square as soon as the sun comes out and it is a pleasure to settle there. A nerve centre of the city, you will return regularly to it during your visits.

Plein de charme, la Plaza mayor abrite la cathédrale, quelques maisons peintes et le bâtiment à arcades de la Mairie. Très agréable.

une petite ville qui a su conserver son cachet médiéval : cette place et les arcades commerçantes qui l'entourent est un spectacle permanent en soi! Belle architecture et ambiance agréable

Une magnifique place avec son très bel hôtel de ville et la magnifique cathédrale. De jolies maisons colorées avec des cafés intéressants et de jolies boutiques de souvenirs locaux.

Place emblématique de la ville, avec l'hôtel de ville et la cathédrale et pas loin des "casas colgadas". Il y a plein de petit bars où on peut se reposer et boire un coup.
