The 14 rooms are spread over three floors, each inspired by one of the three Jewish, Arab and Christian cultures, while the rooms are dedicated to the ancient crafts of the medieval era. Everywhere, the sumptuous antiques, the red brick walls and the exposed beams give the whole a timeless charm. On the top floor, where you can have breakfast, the terrace offers a superb view of the cathedral. In addition, the owners are very friendly.
