This 12th-century church features a Mudejar-style tower. It is certainly the most representative example of Mudejar art in Toledo. In addition to its architectural beauty, the site also boasts a true masterpiece by El Greco in the purest Mannerist style: The Burial of the Señor of Orgaz (1586), historians having decided that the man painted by El Greco was not a Count. This painting by El Greco has never been restored, and is well worth a visit to this beautiful Toledo church.

L’Église Santo Tome, située à Tolède en Espagne, permet la découverte de sa magnifique tour-clocher de style mujedar depuis la rue. Je me suis contentée d’en admirer l’extérieur, n’ayant pas vraiment le temps d’une visite supplémentaire. Une autre fois, j'espère !
