David Ponson, accompanied by his wife Isabelle and their two sons, Florian and Arnaud, perpetuate the ancestral art of Thiers cutlery. A family of cutlers for six generations, their know-how is characterized by rigorous mechanics and simplicity of form. In their luminous workshop, which is open to visitors, the Ponson family put their expertise at the service of artisanal production. The cutlery shop offers two ranges of high-quality knives: one-off replicas of regional closing models, and knives in small production runs.
