David Ponson, his wife Isabelle and their two sons Florian and Arnaud perpetuate the art of cutlery in the finest Thiers tradition. A family of cutlers for six generations, their know-how is characterized by precise mechanics and simplicity of form. In their luminous workshop, open to visitors, the Ponson family apply their talent to the service of handcrafted products. The cutlery shop offers two ranges of high-quality knives: one-off replicas of regional closing models, and small-series knives.
