After cooking in Russia and China, Alexandre Fauth decided to settle in Thiers. La Cosina is a brasserie-pizzeria with a sober, friendly decor. In the kitchen, we work exclusively with fresh produce from local suppliers. The beef is 100% Salers and the duck comes from the Landes region. With the exception of the Italian products, which come... from Italy, of course. And you can feel it: the 5-cheese pizza with fresh ricotta and smoked provolone is a real treat. For dessert, try the tiramisu with salted butter caramel: a real treat!
