La direction n'a rien voulu savoir et refuse de nous recevoir.
Étant, moi-même commerçante , je ne comprends pas ce refus.
Dans mon propre commerce, un bon cadeau n'a aucune date limite d'utilisation, car j'estime que la personne qui vous l'offre à déjà réglé, libre à celui qui le reçoit de l'utiliser à sa convenance.

My partner had a very small portion of beef, nearly cold, very little flavour. Veg were barely warm. Altogether unsatisfactory. Poor food poorly served. No-one asked if the food was ok at any point. Incompetent staff doing a bad job, Billed for wine that we didn't have. The most disappointing meal that we have had for a long time. If we had read the reviews beforehand, we would have given this place a wide berth.
I'm not fluent in English but will try to give information to people who read your comments and not exact for my opinion.
First you order a 50cl of beer and in France it's not correct to serve wine while you still have drink not finished. Also it's in our habit to eat a starter and you order a direct dish who supposed for us you would like to stay minimum time for the dinner. What you supposed to be beetroot was Vitelotte potatoes !! Maybe the food was not enough warm for you and it's very easy to ask the waiter to warm it a bit more, it's what we do very easily. Because you make your comments 14' after you leave I went to the kitchen to check the plate coming back to your table. It was a surprise to see almost empty plates. I'm disappointed to read you rubbish comments when people work hard to welcome fellow people who have only on mind to make critics
