This is a fine building, furnished in the style of the late 18th, demonstrating the refinement of the period.
Remains of a Cluniac Benedictine abbey founded around the year 1000, the buildings have undergone many vicissitudes. The dwelling, a beautiful fortified building with two medieval towers, is of great interest. The interior of the apartments, furnished in the style of the late 18th century, reflects the refinement of the period. The place is set in a green setting on the water's edge, partitioned by flower-filled rooms and topiaries. The dwelling adjoins the Romanesque church of Saint-Symphorien.
