This restaurant was named in homage to the wooden cabins of the Caribbean. It must be said that since 1934, when the grandmother of the current chef, Pepe Rodríguez Rey, lit the first stoves when she arrived from Cuba, this Bohío has come a long way. Today, it is the award-winning Illescas restaurant, which offers an author's cuisine with surprising flavors. Depending on the season, you can try marinated partridge with foie gras or a cod tripe stew with pil pil. A must for gourmets.
