Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas no es aceptable el deficiente mantenimiento de la habitación,foco del techo colgando,ducha con un escape al techo,y lo más increíble ,un colchón sonando sin parar,me han arruinado la noche de san Valentín,es injusto

Hemos pasado una noche y muy mal la calefacción no funcionaba y hacía frío se desconectaba el automático de la luz y nos quedabamos sin luz muy mal atendido decían que ya estaba arreglado y no era así vergonzoso para ser 4 estrellas no volveremos hemos puesto una reclamación para que no vuelva a pasarle a nadie

Hotel bonito,personal excelente.En el bar mención especial a Sara,muy amable y servicial.tuvimos un problema con unos impresentables en la habitación de al lado armando jaleo,llamamos a las 1:30 a recepción y lo solucionaron enseguida
